Prof. Momotaz Begum, Ph.D. Ph.D. in 2010 from the University of Waterloo, Canada: "robot perception and learning" at the Center for Pattern Analysis and Machine Intelligence. Postdoctoral fellow at the Socially Intelligent Machines lab, Georgia Tech (2010-2011) and the Intelligent Assistive Technology and Systems Lab, University of Toronto (2012-2013). Dr. Thierry Karsenti, M.A., M.Ed., Ph.D. (panel participant) holds the Canada Research Chair on Technologies in Education. He is a Full Professor at the University of Montreal and the director of CRIFPE (Research Center on Teachers and Teacher Education), which received the Canadian Education Association Whitworth Award for Best Education Research Center in Canada.
